 研究领域

      本课题组主要从事过渡金属催化的多组分串联反应和基于邻亚甲基苯醌(o-AQMs)1,4-共轭加成/分子内环化串联反应合成杂环化合物的研究。近年来主要围绕具有多反应位点的高活性反应中间体o-AQMs的化学转化及其反应性开展相关研究,发展了其与不同亲核试剂(2-萘酚、苯甲酰硫叶立德、α-羰基活泼亚甲基化合物等)1,4-共轭加成/分子内环化串联新反应及多种结构新颖含氧杂环化合物的合成新方法,研究成果先后在Org. Lett., Chem. Commun., Adv. Synth. Catal., J. Org. Chem., Org. Biomol. Chem., TetrahedronSCI核心期刊上发表。同时在过渡金属催化的重氮化合物的C-H官能化和环加成反应等方面也开展了部分研究工作,并取得了一定研究结果。
